Very comfortable beds in room, very clean. The swimming pool was great fun on a 14 hour layover. Good choice of food at breakfast. Buffet dinner is only available at weekends but they gave us room service menu choices which were delicious, nicely presented and adapted for children's tastes. Pick up at airport and drop off worked well: they contacted us by WhatsApp and met us. Plenty of friendly and helpful staff. The hotel looked pretty decorated for Christmas.

I really liked the services of this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. We encountered a misunderstanding at our next resort, and the staff resolved it by using their personal phones to contact them. It was very nice that the staff can communicate fluently in English. The breakfast was delicious. Being close to the airport made it easy for us to rest quickly and catch our next flight. It also offers a free airport pick-up service. If I ever need to stay near the airport in Ho Chi Minh City again, I will definitely return.

Great transit hotel for us. We had 7 hours in HCMC at the end of our 3 week trip so booked this hotel for the pool. Pool is a bit of a strange set up, it is actually next door in a restaurant that the hotel also owns. Pool is huge (30m long) and great as it was so hot. Room was basic but comfortable and good for us to be able to shower and relax in air-conditioned before our overnight flight home.

We used this place as a one night stop from flying in from Australia and then flying out the next day to Da Nang. They picked us up and dropped us up from airport for free which was super easy and helpful. The room was a good side for an overnight stay. We had a 3 and 5 year old with us and so we made use of the pool before flying out, and there is an indoor playground across the road for them to burn off energy after a long flight. Breakfast had a good selection.

Room and the Beds are very comfortable. Clean. Breakfast is nice, there is a buffet with asian food, but also eggs, sausages, coffee and juices are there. Gym and pool are ok. Airport Shuttle is an advantage! Thank you a lot!

Our check in experience was excellent and the lovely young lady on front reception was wonderful in making sure all our children were taken care of bedding wise and moved us to a larger room to assist our family in getting more space. Breakfast was fresh and had a good amount of variety on offer. We would recommend this hotel for anyone needing to stay close to airport - it was very good value.

The pickup from the airport was a little confusing because of our delay through immigration, but the persistence of the hotel staff ensured that all was well in the end. The room was perfect. Breakfast was an event. The buffet selection is superb. Eggs cooked exactly as we like. The surprise inclusion in the Lunar New Year celebrations was particularly enjoyable. Everything about this stay was extremely well handled.

The hotel was very accommodating as we turned up really early and made the rooms available around 12 noon. The wait was comfortable with the buffet breakfast, the lounge and drinks provided. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They even packed us a breakfast the next morning for our early flight (3.am), which is really commendable!
